The Mangus 5 drop camps offer something for everyone, hunter or non-hunter, to enjoy in these camp sites set in the beautiful Colorado wilderness. Upon arriving at your exclusive camp, The Mangus 5 team will unload your gear so you can spend your time preparing for your elk hunt.

The hunting camp has a spacious 15 X 18 canvas wall tent. It includes cots to keep you off the cold ground. Bring your own sleeping bag. There is a wood stove for chilly nights. Firewood has been cut and stacked near the tent for your comfort.

There is also a protected area for a  grill for cooking outside when weather permits.  Or you can put some firewood into the outdoor fire pit and spend your leisure time exchanging your hunting stories around the campfire.

You will awake each morning in prime elk country with no need to spend time traveling.  This gives you more down time to rest and relax.  Use your extra time to hike, scout, or to simply soak in the rare pleasure of being the in beautiful Colorado wilderness.

Note: There are a limited number of hunters in the immediate area, but your camp may be frequented by “Camp Robbers”. To protect you supplies from these varmints, don’t leave your grub out in the open.
