While others are traveling to the mountain, you and your companions are already there. We pack your group to camps that are only accessible by livestock or foot travel. Le'ts talk about what you can expect during your stay. The hunting camp is set w/ a 15 X 18 canvas wall tent, complete with cots and a woodstove for comfort on those chilly nights. There is a fire pit and grill for cooking outside when the weather permits. Firewood is cut and stacked. We pack your downed game out of the back country to your vehicle. What should you pack for the trip? You bring your camp gear, groceries, license, rifle and other necessary items to our Colorado drop camp elk hunts.
